Public Portal
MDCR now provides several key services through a Public Portal! Through the State of Michigan MiLogin application, the public can use the portal to:
- File complaints
- Check the status of complaints filed through the Portal
- Request MDCR staff to provide training, information tables, or speaking engagements
- File FOIA requests
- Monitor the status of previous service requests
- Update contact information, submit documentation, or send messages to investigators or trainers
